1. Using the packaged 11 inch tie-wrap, encircle the base of
the Cellar Saver ( where it is marked "tie")  and the vertical
flow pipe about level with the drain tile. Make sure that the
   swing arm moves freely.

2. Determine which set of wires you'll be using if Model CS
2029 W is used. There are three wires coming from the
contact. The WHITE wire is COMMON, The
RED wire is N/O
     or
NORMALLY OPEN, The GREEN wire is N/C or

NORMALLY CLOSED.

3, Run the alarm wires to the panel of the security system and
connect them to a 24 hour zone. If using the
RED/WHITE
    combination (
N/O) the resistor for the zone is placed in
parallel (across) the two terminals. If you are using the

GREEN/WHITE combination, the resistor is placed in
series with the terminals or in line with the wires.

4. After installation, test the unit by picking up the float and
making sure the alarm panel sounds both an audible device
and reports to a central station.
It's imperative that the
    alarm system be monitored.

5. FISH TANK...The easiest way to attach the Cellar Saver to
a fish tank is to place a small section of PVC pipe into the
tank and use the tie-wrap to secure it. The
DATA sheet page
will give other ideas about using pipe strapping for mounting.
